What’s your return and exchange policy?

  • Free returns.
  • Goods can be returned within 30 days of your order delivery.
  • We will not refund any costs of delivery.
  • If upon delivery your order seems to be incorrect and doesn’t match to your order confirmation, we will also refund the costs of delivery. If this occurs, please contact us.
  • In case of an exchange, goods will be sent out for free.
  • Goods should be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.
  • SEABASS reserves the right to deny or reduce a refund if the goods do not meet the above requirements.

  • Once we received your return we will send out a confirmation.

You will receive your refund on your bank account within 10 working days after we received your return.
