What is Try At Home service?

When you’re shopping online you can have several doubts which leads to barriers that can stop you from buying the product you actually would like to have. Can I trust this online shop? Would this be the right size? Should I go for one size down, or maybe one size up? Does this colour look good on my child? How does this garment feel? By introducing the Try At Home service we’re helping you to confront those barriers and bring that dressing room moment to your home, without letting you pay in advance when you’re still in doubt. When you consider the quality, multiple sizes or colours, you can use our Try At Home service for 10 euros per order. You’re paying afterwards for the item(s) you decide to keep. Returning items is free of charge. When you decide te keep one or more items, the 10 euros you already paid, will be deducted on the invoice of the total order.

 

How does it work?

  1. Go to ‘Try At Home’ in the menu.
  2. From this specific page, add maximum 3 products to your cart.
  3. Inside the cart the selected items will automatically be recognized as ‘Try At Home’ and the displayed price behind the items will be 0 euros.
  4. The price you pay for the Try At Home Service will be 10 euros.
  5. You will receive the items within 1-3 business days.
  6. Try on your brand new items at home!
  7. After receiving the items you have 5 days to try it on and to decide whether you would like to keep or return the items.
  8. In the return portal you can easily indicate what you would like to keep, exchange or return, by marking the items you are planning to exchange or return.
  9. You can send the items you would like to return back to us, free of charge, preferably in the original package.
  10. If you decide to keep one or more items, you will receive an invoice via email for the items you would like to keep. The 10 euros you’ve already paid for the service will be settled on the total amount.
  11. We kindly ask you to pay the invoice within 5 days after receiving the invoice.

 

How many items can I order with the Try At Home service? 

You can add a maximum of 3 items to your shopping cart. 

 

What are the costs of the Try At Home service?

The Try At Home service costs 10 euros per order. This 10 euros will automatically be deducted on the invoice of the total order when you decide to keep one or more items.

 

What are the delivery costs of the Try At Home service?

We offer free shipping on all orders, also on Try At Home service orders.

 

What is de delivery time of a Try At Home service order?

In which countries is the Try At Home service available?

At the moment the Try At Home service is only available in The Netherlands. 

 

How can I return items?

You can easily return items free of charge via our return portal. Fill in your postal code, order number and mark the items you would like to return. 

 

What are the costs of returning?

When do I have to return the items?

We kindly ask you to return the items within 5 working days after receiving the items. In case you need a bit longer, please let us know on time via support@seabass-swimwear.com.

  

When do I receive the invoice for the items I would like to keep?

You will receive the invoice per email, after you indicated which items you would like to keep or return via the retour portal.

 

How do I receive the invoice and how can I pay the invoice?

You will receive the invoice via email and payments can be done with iDeal, Credit Card or  en betalingen kunnen gedaan worden middels iDeal, Credit Card or bank transfers. 

 

I ordered a tracksuit 2-piece and I would like to exchange or return just the trackpants or the hoodie, is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Please send us an email to support@seabass-official.com and let us know if you would like to exchange or return the trackpants or the hoodie. In case of an exchange also let us know which size or colour you need instead. We respond within 24 hours.

 

I ordered a swimwear set 2-piece and I would like to exchange or return just the swim short or the uv shirt, is that possible?
