Apr 16, 2024

The dreamiest destination, a French island basking in the Italian sun: Corsica. With Sardinia in kissing distance, own language and Italian influences - it has the best of all worlds. Just like the island with its specific personality, our Corsica swim short a unique and exiting piece. With all over gingham print and oranges, because this is the place where the citrus fruit clementine comes from - the sunniest vitamins and island to enjoy and explore with the whole family.

le mata hari

A restaurant by the sea, where you can literally feel the sand beneath your feet. It's great for breakfast, watching your kids play on the beach. But it’s also perfect for a dinner night out, where you can see the sun set that creates magical evening views.

Tra Di Noi

("between us" in Corsican) with ‘home grown’ products, great views and just an unforgettable evening, seeing the sun set. It’s part of 5-star hotel Misincu. Which makes this restaurant the perfect option for when staying at the hotel, easy with kids to stay close to the room and still be able to have a great night out.

A Pignata

For a typical Corsican experience, with their local food (corsica was at one time Italian so expect some Italian influence in the food ;)). It has a fireplace, huge tables outside overlooking the hills and all other ingredients for a perfect cosy family-style dinner.

Beaches

1,000km of coastline is a fabulous and endlessly discoverable mix of iconic sandy beaches. Some of our favorites to play; Cupabia, Porto Pollo, Campomoro, Rondinara, Santa Giulia and Palombaggia. Of course, by just driving along the coast and keeping your eyes open you’ll find many opportunities to stop and enjoy the clear water.

Pont de Noceta bridge

The Vecchio is the perfect place for a refreshing dip, especially Pont de Noceta bridge in Venaco. It’s peacefully quiet and beautiful, you can sit here for ages without thinking about the time. A great alternative for a little more adventurous alternative for the beach.

THE LAVEZZI ISLANDS

Throughout the summer, there is an hourly shuttle from the picturesque port of Bonifacio to the beautiful Lavezzi islands. You can rent a private boat with a skipper, or go for a full-day cruise. Our favorite thing to do is sit down for a picnic, and just enjoy long summer days on the part that makes Corsica óh so beautiful.
