Delivery times

For orders from the UAE the estimated delivery time is 8 working days. Find the delivery times for all countries here. 

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders from 600 AED. Otherwise the shipping fee is 79 AED.

Duties

In the UAE for goods with a value of 880 AED or less there are generally no duties. In order to avoid this fee, we recommend you to split your order so your invoice doesn't exceed 880 AED.

Track your order

After you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track & trace your package. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot modify the delivery address. We only deliver to traditional addresses. Delivery does not apply to PO addresses or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. During promotions the delivery of your order can take a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience, and do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
