Delivery times
For orders from New Zealand the estimated delivery time is 8-10 working days. Find the delivery times for all countries here.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders from 250 NZD. Otherwise the shipping fee is 30 NZD.
Duties
In Australia for goods with a value of 1.000 NZD or less there are generally no duties. In order to avoid this fee, we recommend you to split your order so your invoice doesn't exceed 1.000 NZD.
Track your order
After you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track & trace your package. Zodra je bestelling is bevestigd, kunnen we het afleveradres niet meer wijzigen. We leveren alleen op traditionele adressen. Levering geldt niet voor postbusadressen of BFPO-adressen (British Forces Post Office). During promotions the delivery of your order can take a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience, and do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
