Returns and Exchanges
- When returning products, the received discount will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- Exchanging items is only possible by returning the item and ordering a new one.
- Returned items should be in their original condition – new, unworn, and unaltered with all original tags attached.
- Delivery costs will not be refunded.
- Items can be returned within 30 days after order delivery.

How to return:
- Pack the items and attach the provided return label to the package.
- Drop off the package at a parcel point.
- You will receive your refund in your bank account within 10 working days after we receive your return.
