To participate in this competition, you simply need to sign up via https://seabass-official.com/pages/refer-a-friend and refer your friends. The more friends you refer, the bigger the chance to win. We will randomly select fifteen (15) winners to receive one of the fifteen (15) selected Seabass looks.

Winner Selection

The fifteen winners will be randomly selected. To be eligible to win, all participants must register here. The giveaway ends on Wednesday, 3rd of April at 23:59 GMT. On Friday, the 5th of April the fifteen giveaway winners will be selected from the eligible participants. Each winner will be contacted via email and will have 72 hours to respond. If the winner doesn’t respond within the given timeframe, another winner will be drawn.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Giveaway is organized by SEABASS and is open to everyone who – is at least 18 years of age and a citizen of a country where it is legal to receive the gifts included in the Giveaway.
  2. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions contained herein. Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions, or methods shall result in disqualification from the Giveaway.
  3. Entry in this giveaway is free. There is no purchase necessary. Simply be a SEABASS Club member by registering for a chance to win at https://seabass-official.com/pages/welcome-referra from March 23rd, 2024 through April 5th, 2024.
  4. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes associated with the prizes received in their country of residence.
  5. The Giveaway winners will be notified via email and upon acceptance of receipt of the prizes, will be announced via email. SEABASS is also allowed to announce the list of winners on the SEABASS website, and SEABASS Instagram, and receipt of the gifts included in the Giveaway is conditioned upon your acceptance of such disclosure. All participants should check their email (including spam folders) to ensure a timely response. Any winner that does not respond to the email notifying him or her of winning, will forfeit the Giveaway prize and another winner will be selected. SEABASS shall not be responsible or liable if the participant cannot be contacted or is not responsive to a request for further information or acceptance of the prizes for longer than a period of 72 hours from the time of the initial email message.
  6. SEABASS’s decision on the selected winners shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, complaint, or appeal shall be entertained by SEABASS at any time during or after the Giveaway.
  7. In no event shall SEABASS, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies, and representatives be liable to you or to anyone else for any loss, injury, or death or any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, whether in contract, negligence or in tort, arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway and your participation in the Giveaway including (without limitation) any cancellation or postponement of the prizes.
  8. SEABASS shall not be liable to the participants and/or to any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by a participant or such other party as a result of participation or non-participation in the Giveaway or as a result of any act or omission on the part of SEABASS.
  9. SEABASS is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of our telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
  10. SEABASS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Giveaway submission process, the operation of this Giveaway or to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions. SEABASS reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or to forfeit any reward from a participant it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Giveaway or the Giveaway submission process. Fraudulent activities are deemed to include but not be limited to the following:
  11. Any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating; or
  12. Use of someone else’s name or likeness.
  13. By participating in the Giveaway, participants are sending their personal information to SEABASS upon being selected as a winner and all information collected will be treated in accordance with SEABASS’s Privacy Policy.
  14. SEABASS reserves the right to use the name of the winner for any promotional/publicity purposes, and accepting the prizes as a winner serves as acceptance of such use.
